PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate paper delivery timing of a first printing paper sheet from a printing device to an enclosing and sealing device in a letter preparing system including the printing device; and the enclosing and sealing device preparing an envelope from the printing paper sheet delivered from the printing device, and preparing a letter by enclosing and sealing an inner sheet in the envelope.SOLUTION: A letter preparing system, and an enclosing and sealing device include a printing paper information acquiring part 51 (an inner sheet size information acquiring part) acquiring size information of an inner sheet printing paper sheet; a paper delivery timing information acquiring part 52 acquiring information of paper delivery timing of an inner sheet printing paper sheet initially delivered from a printing device 20 on the basis of the size information of the inner sheet printing paper sheet acquired by the printing paper information acquiring part 51; and paper feed control part 29 (a paper delivery control part) controlling paper delivery timing of the first inner sheet printing paper sheet from the printing device to the enclosing and sealing device on the basis of the paper delivery timing acquired by the paper delivery timing information acquiring part 52. |
