PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating a plant and an apparatus for cultivation that can facilitate growth of the plant.SOLUTION: A method for cultivation includes: a step of preparing a holding box formed with a through-hole on a top surface; a step of holding a plant in the holding box so that a root part of the plant is arranged inside the holding box and a leaf and stem part of the plant is arranged outside the holding box, through the through-hole; a step of supplying a liquid into the holding box; and a step of swinging so that the holding box holding the plant and supplied with a liquid is in a horizontal state and an inclined state. |
