PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of necessary confirmation of another transmission terminal in a transmission system, when a user wants to start communication of the own transmission terminal after the other transmission terminal starts communication, because in an assumed case such that the communication of the transmission terminal is started at a different time from a reserved start time, the user cannot decide whether the other transmission terminal is executing communication based on the reserved start time.SOLUTION: A session management DB in a management system 50 manages each terminal ID to identify terminals 10 executing communication based on reservation. Based on the terminal ID, a conference detail information generator 64 generates a guidance indicating the terminals 10 executing communication based on reservation. By the reception of the guidance, it becomes possible to grasp whether a destination terminal 10 is executing communication based on reservation, which saves a labor to confirm the communication state of the destination transmission terminal. |
