摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an aqueous negative electrode mixture paste of good properties, and to provide a method of manufacturing a lithium ion battery using the negative electrode mixture paste.SOLUTION: A circulation dispersion device having a dispersion unit for mixing powder of negative electrode active material and an aqueous solution of dispersant is used. The powder of negative electrode active material is supplied to the dispersion unit by circulating the aqueous solution of dispersant in the dispersion unit while feeding thereto, and the powder of negative electrode active material and the aqueous solution of dispersant are mixed thus producing a negative electrode mixture paste. The ratio F/S(L/kg) of the inflow amount F(L/min) of dispersant into the dispersion unit of aqueous solution, to the supply speed S(kg/min) of the powder of negative electrode active material to the dispersion unit is set 10 or more.
