PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and an image forming method capable of saving time and effort to set values of respective parameters, and confirm output based on the settings for forming images with image quality desired by a user.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes a storage unit that stores values of parameters relating to image formation for every image formation performed, and instruction reception means for receiving an instruction for image formation. When receiving a predetermined instruction for image formation from a user, the image forming apparatus performs image formation on the basis of a value of a parameter relating to image formation performed by the user in the past from among the values of the parameters already stored in the storage unit. |
