PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable inkjet recording apparatus that reliably supplies ink in a sub tank when ink in a main tank runs short, while preventing deterioration in recording efficiency due to interruption of recording operation.SOLUTION: When free space of a sub tank is equal to or more than the amount of ink remaining in a main tank, ink is forcibly supplied to the sub tank by a diaphragm valve. Accordingly, whenever the main tank is replaced, sufficient amount of ink is secured for non-stop print in the sub tank. |
