PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for easily manufacturing an organic electronic material which enables stable and easy formation of a thin film or easy formation of a multilayered organic thin film and is useful in improving productivity of an organic electronic element.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an organic electronic material comprises: preparing an electrolyte containing a charge-transporting compound and an ionic compound containing any one of compounds represented by the general formulas (1c) to (4c); and applying a voltage to the electrolyte to react the ionic compound with the charge-transporting compound.
