PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance an opening degree in opening a reinforcing fiber.SOLUTION: The opening of a reinforcing fiber is performed by: feeding a plurality of yarns comprising reinforcing fibers from a creel stand parallely; generating superheated steam by a superheated steam generator; exposing the yarns to the superheated steam in a chamber connected to the superheated steam generator; and opening the yarns which are exposed to and pre-treated with the superheated steam. |
