PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the safety against attacks utilizing address connection.SOLUTION: An address conversion unit 101 converts a memory address, which can be a specified destination for a control transition in which an instruction existing at an arbitrary position on a memory is specified as an instruction to be executed next, so as to meet a predetermined condition. An address determination unit 102 determines whether the memory address of the instruction which is specified by the control transition meets the predetermined condition before a control transition instruction is executed, and if it does not meet the condition, the unit determines the control transition instruction as an illegal instruction.
