PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly process a voucher.SOLUTION: Voucher processing means executes processing using a voucher when a voucher key is operated. Recording means stores a responsible staff list comprising responsible staff numbers in advance. When a responsible staff number is input after the voucher key is operated, control means determines whether the responsible staff number is included in the responsible staff list. When the control means determines that the responsible staff number is not included in the responsible staff list, the control means blocks an operation as an error, and when the control means determines that the responsible staff number is included in the responsible staff list, the control means displays an input screen for a type and an amount of the voucher, enables an operation in the voucher processing means, and records responsible staff information identified by the input responsible staff number and an operation history of the voucher processing means in association in the recording means. |
