The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fireproof weather tight steel door for a ship or a marine structure which has an improved fireproof structure and can sufficiently delay fire transmission time when fire occurs. The present invention relates to a fireproof weather tight steel door for a ship or a marine structure. The fireproof weather tight steel door comprises a door frame including a strip-shaped protrusion part which is fixed to a wall and the whole circumference of an opening part so that the width direction can stand and protrude toward the outer side of the opening part; and a door including a packing which is installed in the whole circumference corresponding to the strip-shaped protrusion part in order to close the opening part by being combined with the side of the door frame or the wall with a hinge and by being attached to the fore end of the strip-shaped protrusion part. The door includes the packing which is installed along the circumference of the opening part; and a fireproof body which has a thickness to protrude more than the packing toward the inner side of the opening part at a closing point of the opening part and whose outer circumference has a fixed interval from the strip-shaped protrusion part. A mineral wool filler fills the inside of the fireproof body. And a bar-shaped thermal expansion nonflammable seal member with a smaller thickness than the fixed interval is attached to the side face of the fireproof body or the inner side face of the strip-shaped protrusion part which faces the side face of the fireproof body in order to block the gap through thermal expansion.
