Disclosed is an apparatus for collecting product water generated in a fuel cell stack in a fuel cell system. The apparatus for collecting product water generated in the fuel cell stack in the fuel cell system according to the present invention comprises: a body part having a predetermined size capable of accommodating a predetermined volume of product water; an inflow part provided on one side in the top of the body part to receive a large amount of product water generated in a fuel cell stack; a first outflow part provided on the other side in the top of the body part to drain, to a heat exchanger, air of water and air separated from the large amount of accommodated product water; and a second outflow part provided on the lower end of the body part to drain, to a gas-liquid separator, water of water and air separated from the large amount of accommodated product water.
