METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING EXTRUSION PROFILE USING LONG FIBER COMPLEX MATERIALS MADE FROM THERMOPLASTIC RESIN IMPREGNATED AND MANUFACTURED WINDOW PROFILE BY THAT METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an extrusion profile using a long fiber composite impregnated with a thermoplastic resin and a profile for windows and doors manufactured by the same are provided to improve a quality by uniformly and evenly impregnating and to rapidly diagnose and repair a failure portion by installing a confirmation window. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an extrusion profile using a long fiber composite impregnated with a thermoplastic resin comprises next steps. A thermoplastic resin is extruded toward a long fiber through a resin extruding device connected to a first extruding mold. The withdrawn long fiber and thermoplastic resin are pressed in the inside of an impregnation unit and pressed again and the thermoplastic resin is penetrated deep into a long fiber filament so that the composite is formed. A surface of the composite is flattened by a heating roll and the composite is preheated at temperature proper to a follow-up extrusion. The preheated composite is inserted into a second extruding mold and a synthetic resin for manufacturing a profile for windows and doors are simultaneously inserted and extruded so that the composite is inserted into the synthetic resin.
