PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase change ink composition suitable for inkjet printing, including printing on a coated paper substrate.SOLUTION: A phase change ink composition includes both a crystalline compound and an amorphous compound which are derived from bio-renewable materials. The crystalline compound is a diester of terephthalic acid, and the amorphous compound is a diester of tartaric acid. Accordingly, an ink composition which has high robustness and rapidly crystallizes can be obtained. |
