PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic excellent in moldability, excellent in impact resistance, good in transfer to an implement such as sponge or brush in use, excellent in feeling of adhesion to the skin, and smooth in spread.SOLUTION: There is provided a solid powder cosmetic obtained by formulating components (a) to (c): component (a) spherical organic powder, component (b) a non-silicone oil containing 50-90 mass% oil pasty at 25°C, and component (c) a partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane polymer, wherein the amount of component (a) formulated is 5-30 mass%, and the amount of component (b) formulated is 5-20 mass%. |
