PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for building having a batten seam roofing enclosure of a roof or wall, which can be highly rigidly attached to the batten seam part, allowing a variety of structures such as a solar cell panel to be installed on the enclosure.SOLUTION: A fixture includes: a body part 1 having side plate parts 12 extending from both ends of the top part 11 in the width direction so as to be opposed to each other, and engaging parts 13 extending inward from the lower end of both of the side plate parts 12 for engaging a batten seam part B1 in a sandwiched state at both ends in the width direction; a fastener 2 passing through both of the side plate parts 12 for narrowing the separation between both of the side plate parts 12 when fastened; and a restricting member 3 including a recess 31 to be inserted in the flat concave groove 53a of the batten seam part B1, and side pieces 32 in which a bolt part 21 of the fastener 2 pass through, in contact with both of the side plate parts 12. The restricting member 3 is arranged between both of the side plate parts 12 of the body part 1, such that both of the side plate parts 12 are restricted to have a predetermined separation with both of the side pieces 32 of a restricting member 3. |
