PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition useful as a dichroic dye used for a composition for polarizing film formation.SOLUTION: A composition is provided which includes an azo compound (A) represented by formula (A) [in this formula, Rand Rshow a 2-4C alkyl group, or Rand Rare combined to form a 2-4C alkanediyl group], and an azo compound (B) represented by formula (B) [in this formula, Rand Rshow a 6C or more alkyl group, or Rand Rare combined to form a 6C or more alkanediyl group]. A composition for polarizing film formation containing a polymerizable liquid crystal compound is provided. |
