PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user recognize operation required for measuring resistance.SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus includes: a measurement part which measures a physical amount in a state where voltage outputted from a voltage output part is supplied to a measuring object; a function switch 31 which, when measurement is performed, is used for selecting a first measurement range in which low voltage is used and a second measurement range in which high voltage is used; a release switch 32; a processing part in which, when the first measurement range is selected, the voltage output part is shifted to a first state capable of outputting the low voltage, and, when the second measurement range is selected and the release witch 32 is operated, the voltage output part is shifted to a second state capable of outputting the high voltage; and a control part. When the first measurement range is selected, the control part causes a display part 15 to display a scale image, and when the second measurement range is selected, the non-display processing in which the scale image is maintained in a non-display state is executed, then when the release switch 32 is operated during its execution, the control part also causes the display part 15 to display the scale image. |
