PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a tire, more improved in high-speed durability and load durability than conventionally while being lessened in rolling resistance by being blended with carbon black controlled in colloidal properties to make the tire.SOLUTION: A rubber composition for a tire contains 30 to 60 pts.wt. of carbon black blended with 100 pts.wt. of a diene rubber containing 30 to 90 wt.% of a butadiene rubber, wherein an aggregate of the carbon black has a mode diameter Dst of ≥145 nm in a mass distribution curve of the stokes diameter, a nitrogen absorption specific surface area NSA of 45 to 70 m/g, and a ratio NSA/IA of the nitrogen absorption specific surface area NSA to an iodine absorption amount IA (unit: mg/g) of 1.00 to 1.40. |
