PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical inspection device.SOLUTION: The present invention is related to an optical inspection device that minimizes deformation by jetting compressed air from the upper side of an inspection sheet and that maintains smoothness to advance more accurate inspection, in a process of capturing an image of the inspection sheet made of a flexible material. The optical inspection device comprises: an inspection stage made of a translucent material and loaded with the inspection sheet; fixed means formed on the inspection stage to fix the inspection sheet; a fixed frame for supporting a side surface or a bottom surface of the inspection stage; a backlight unit for irradiating the inspection sheet on the inspection stage with light from the downside of the inspection stage; imaging means arranged above the inspection stage for capturing an image of the inspection sheet loaded on the inspection stage; and an air jetting part that is arranged on the downside of the imaging means to be coaxial with the imaging means and that jets compressed air toward the inspection sheet to attach the inspection sheet firmly on the inspection stage.
