PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image distribution system, a moving image distribution method, and a moving image distribution program which allows a viewer to view, on a viewer terminal via the Internet, a moving image uploaded from a moving image distributor terminal.SOLUTION: The moving image distribution system comprises as processing means a system management part 11, a customer information management part 12, a moving image management part 13, a web information transmitting-receiving part 14, a mail distribution part 15, a one-time URL control part 16, a moving image distribution part 17, and a moving image conversion part 18, and also comprises as storage means a customer information database 19, a moving image storage 20, and a token database 21. |
