PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction state analysis method capable of analyzing a reaction intermediate body from start of reaction up to generation of a product and a transient reaction state from the reaction start up to reaction end.SOLUTION: The reaction state analysis method for analyzing a reaction state by supplying a gasified sample to a vacuum chamber, irradiating a laser beam to the sample and ionizing the sample includes the steps of: introducing homogeneous sample gas to be reacted or a mixed heterogeneous sample gas into a sample introduction pipe; cooling the sample gas in a sample adhesion part on a tip of the sample introduction pipe, sticking the sample gas to the sample adhesion part and generating an aggregate; irradiating a first laser beam to the aggregate by first laser irradiation means and generating desorption gas from the aggregate; intermittently introducing the desorption gas into the vacuum chamber; and irradiating a second laser beam to the desorption gas by second laser means to ionize the desorption gas. |
