PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional solar radiation situation prediction system only determines the presence/absence of sunshine at a measurement place to record it, and is not provided with a mechanism for improving the measurement accuracy of radiation heat.SOLUTION: A solar radiation situation prediction system, a solar radiation situation predication apparatus and a solar radiation situation prediction method are provided, which are capable of dividing a solar radiation situation into two stages to measure the solar radiation situation by, in addition to a black ball thermometer and a temperature sensor, installing a white ball or a silver ball thermometer, and capable of controlling an air conditioner according to variation of the solar radiation situation while accurately reflecting solar radiation to record the solar radiation. |
