The waste disposal vehicle (1) has a vehicle-mounted lifting device (7) that performs lifting and emptying of containers for waste and valuable materials. The lifting device is provided with output units (10) for providing pressurized working medium to the container. An upright panel assembly (6) is provided in the outer end (8) of the lifting device, and is attached to the sidewall of the container. A longitudinally displaceable end-side connecting element (13) is provided in the output unit. An independent claim is included for a method for emptying of container.
