<p>Disclosed are a method for providing an advertisement using a sponsored image on a messenger and a system therefor. A method for providing an advertisement through a messenger comprises the steps of: maintaining a brand image of a sponsor on a chat window of a messenger as an image-type expression means used to express the emotions or intention of a user; providing the image-type expression means to a user terminal in which the messenger is installed, according to a request of the user terminal; and billing the sponsor according to the provision of the image-type expression means to a terminal of a participant in the chat window, wherein the image-type expression means is displayed through a page executed on the chat window of the messenger.</p> |
