The present invention relates to a differential amplifier including an amplifier and a plurality of resistors, wherein an equivalent circuit leads an output terminal of the amplifier to the outside and includes: a first transistor having a control terminal connected to the output terminal of the amplifier, a first terminal grounded, and a second terminal connected to an output node which outputs an output voltage of the differential amplifier; a second transistor having a first terminal connected to an inverting terminal of the amplifier, a control terminal connected to the output terminal of the amplifier, and a second terminal connected to the output node; and therefore, a discontinuous point is not formed in an output voltage so that the degradation of the amplifier's characteristics is reduced and the closed-loop gain of the circuit can be improved. |
