The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a flexible surface heating body using carbon fiber and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the apparatus for manufacturing a flexible surface heating body is automated for mass production and performs the stable function of a heating element. Also, an insulating sheet with a stable function is manufactured by maintaining the coating thickness of a mixed solution. |
