<p>Transportable modular prefabricated dwelling, which once mounted and the elements displayed, the original surface of the module frame is increased three times it size, so that the modules required for the architectonic project being coupled; the invention does not require telescopic cranes, or electric or hydraulic energy, or large and specialised transportation, or large areas or a peripheral space to be mounted; the elements of the frame are abated outward the frame, therefore there is no interference with the inner space; the invention comprises a frame with eight pivotally folded lateral elements, two floors, two roofs, two front walls and two longitudinal walls, which due to the folding manner allow the inner space of the module to remain totally free for transporting furniture and installations; the dwelling includes a jack and crane system actuated by mechanical winches, which provide total autonomy to the mounting process; the foundation slab allows the module to be accurately levelled in almost all type of grounds, also maintaining the dwelling without settings. What originally was a transportable module, has increased three times its size and transformed into a fix construction, with the possibility of being folded and relocated.</p> |
