PURPOSE: An assembling method of a dual pipe type heat exchanger and a dual pipe type heat exchanger assembled using the same are provided to improve the quality of a heat exchanger by preventing heat transformation and heat damage of a mount rubber by welding heat of an inlet and outlet pipe. CONSTITUTION: An assembling method of a dual pipe type heat exchanger includes a stage(S101) of assembling an outer pipe to an inner pipe with a dual structure by welding, a stage(S107) of assembling an inlet and outlet pipe to a main body of a heat exchanger, a stage(S111) of assembling a mount rubber to the inner pipe extended from the main body of a heat exchanger, and a stage(S115) of connecting a rubber hose with the edge of the inner pipe extended from the main body of a heat exchanger so that the main body of a heat exchanger of a dual pipe structure is manufactured. The mount rubber is inserted from the edge of the inner pipe to the longitudinal inward direction, and assembled. The mount rubber fixes the main body of a heat exchanger.
