The present invention relates to an apparatus for feeding a plate rolled on a roll, generally a steel sheet, to a press which comprises a guide arm (3) and a transfer roller device installed at the front bottom of the guide arm in a rotational direction. The guide arm (3) is mounted on a shaft (4) at the bottom, is connected to a motor (5) by a reduction gear (6), and has a pushing roller (7) and a supporting roller (8) installed in parallel. The steel sheet (21) is fitted between the pushing roller (7) and the supporting roller (8) so that the front end of the steel sheet (21) can be close to the transfer roller device when the rotation of the guide arm (3). The transfer roller device comprises a transfer roller (9) and a motor (91) for rotating the transfer roller (9) to transfer the steel sheet (21) to the press or a flattening device, thereby conveniently and safely feeding the material to the press. |
