摘要 Disclosed is an emergency battery diagnosis circuit for a lifting magnet, and which circuit is capable of monitoring an emergency batter of a lifting magnet in real time. A circuit according to the present invention consists of: a differential amplification circuit (U201) having an output stage (BAD_01 or BAD_1603) for outputting a signal for amplifying an inputted analog voltage signal and minimizing noise; photocouplers (PC201, PC202) which are signal insulation IC device for control input signals (AD_S1, AD_S2); an IC device (U202) serially connected to an output stage (BAD_1601 or BAD_1603) of the differential amplification circuit and for switching an analog signal of the output stage; a resistor (R205) for limiting an output signal (BAD)16) and current of the IC device; and an LCD circuit connected to the output stage (BAD_01 or BAD_1603) and displaying a detected result. Therefore, the present invention accurately distinguishes whether an issue is its own fault or a simple discharge of an individual battery, and is capable of diagnosing the abnormality of the individual battery in real time in a lifting magnet controller.
