PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device capable of effectively utilizing a biomass solid fuel (biocoke), and efficiently and stably generating high-temperature hot air.SOLUTION: A combustion device includes a cylindrical burner body 1 arranged with an outlet 10 at a tip end 1A for storing a biomass solid fuel B formed of biocoke from a longitudinal intermediate part 1C to the tip end 1A. The cylindrical burner body 1 is installed in a form inclined downward toward the tip end 1A, and is structured such that a hot air supply pipe 2 for supplying heating combustion air H for continuing combustion by heating the biomass solid fuel B in the cylindrical burner body 1 is communicatively connected to the vicinity of the tip end 1A of the intermediate part 1C of the cylindrical burner body 1, the biomass solid fuel B loaded from a hot air inlet of the hot air supply pipe 2 to the outlet 10 thereof is heated to 600°C or above to be ignited by the heating combustion air H from the hot air supply pipe 2 to form a biomass combustion region F where the biomass solid fuel B burns with a flame temperature of 1,600-2,000°C, and blowing hot air W is jetted from the outlet 10. |
