PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability for using an intra-body paper ejection section of an image formation device in common as an original platen for reading an original using an imaging device.SOLUTION: An object disposed in an intra-body paper ejection section provided within the body of an image formation device 100 is imaged with a camera 5 (S303). On the basis of the obtained image, it is determined whether the object is a sheet ejected by paper ejection means (S305). When image formation instruction given by a user is accepted and the object is not determined to be a sheet ejected by the paper ejection means (S305: No), the sheet with an image formed thereon is not ejected into the intra-body paper ejection section (S308).
