PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate the wear of an inner ring member, to reduce the number of part items, and to reduce costs.SOLUTION: A coil spring 13 which is interference-fit to the external periphery of an inner ring member 12 via a lubricant is formed of a resin, one end of the coil spring 13 is held by a housing 14, when torque between the inner ring member 12 and housing 14 is not larger than a prescribed value, the coil spring 13 is not slipped and transmits the torque between the inner ring member 12 and the housing 14, and when the torque between the inner ring member 12 and the housing 14 exceeds the prescribed value, the coil spring 13 is slipped and blocks the torque transmission between the inner ring member 12 and the housing 14. |
