PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin useful as a compatibilizer.SOLUTION: A resin is obtained by reacting a polyolefin (A) (provided that it is different from a polymer (B)), the polymer (B) having a unit derived from one or more selected from a group consisting of conjugated dienes and nonconjugated polyenes, and at least one (C) selected from a group consisting of unsaturated carboxylic acids and unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydrides in the presence of a radical initiator and a solvent. The polymer (B) having a unit derived from one or more selected from a group consisting of conjugated dienes and nonconjugated polyenes is preferably 1,2-polybutadiene. |
