PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain image data with high resolution even when a moving speed is increased.SOLUTION: A plurality of line sensors (104, 105) are prepared, an imaging target is divided into areas (113, 114, 115) of ranges capable of securing fixed resolution by respective line sensors (104, 105), the adjacent areas (113, 114, 115) are photographed by respectively different line sensors (104, 105), and photographed images are combined, so that even when a moving speed of an imaging target 102 is increased, image data with high resolution can be obtained. |
