The invention relates to a valve (1) for blocking backflow of liquid in pipes (9) where the valve (1) includes at least one blocking plate (2A-2G), which can be moved in guiding tracks (21) across the pipe's (9) longitudinal direction. Moreover, the invention includes the application of the valve (1) for blocking backflow in sewage pipes. With the invention the advantage is achieved that the valve (1) becomes less space demanding than the hitherto known constructions and can thereby be build into areas where it has hitherto not been possible. |
