PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ganoderma neo-japonicum strain which is high in a formation rate of a fruit body and indicates high yield by bottle cultivation, and a method of cultivating ganoderma neo-japonicum using the strain.SOLUTION: A ganoderma neo-japonicum strain in which the formation rate of the fruit body is 70% or more is obtained under cultivation conditions of illuminance 500 lux, temperature 23°C, and humidity 90% using a culture bottle (volume 850 ml, bore diameter 5.8 cm) which contains a medium 470 g prepared so that larch sawdust, corn cob meal, and rice bran are mixed proportioning ratio by weight of 3:1:1 and a moisture content is 62±3%; and such a ganoderma neo-japonicum is used for artificial cultivation. |
