PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably provide a feed screw mechanism in a slide device of a seat for a vehicle.SOLUTION: A feed screw mechanism 20 provided in a slide device 10 includes: a feed screw 21 attached to a lower part of an upper rail 12; and a nut 22A which is screwed by the feed screw 21, and which is supported on a lower rail 11 so as to be rotated. The nut 22A is connected to a drive shaft 23 inserted from a side part inside the seat in the lower rail 11, and it rotates by receiving power transmission from the drive shaft 23, and makes the upper rail 12 slide to the lower rail 11. The upper rail 12 and the lower rail 11 include an engagement structure for engaging with each other in a height direction at both side sections. The engaging structure at the inner side of the seat (right side as shown in Fig.), into which the drive shaft 23 is inserted is set at a higher position than an insertion position of the driving shaft 23, and the drive shaft 23 is inserted into the lower rail 11 by avoiding the upper rail 12. |
