PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator for driving an image blur correction lens capable of controlling the movement of a movable frame with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An actuator 1 includes: a fixed frame 12; a movable frame 14; support means for supporting the movable frame 14 so as to be movable in parallel with respect to the fixed frame 12; driving means comprising a driving coil attached to the movable frame 14 and driving magnets 20a, 20b, 20c attached to the fixed frame 12; a controller for transmitting a position command signal to the driving coil; connectors 28a, 28b, 28c which can communicate with the controller; and flexible substrates 26a, 26b, 26c for connecting between the driving coil and the connectors 28a, 28b, 28c. The flexible substrates 26a, 26b, 26c are formed in the same shape, and at least part of the flexible substrates 26a, 26b, 26c is rotationally symmetric about the optical axis of the correction lens and provided so as to arcuately surround the correction lens. |
