The control device (10) has primary and secondary control portions (20,30) that are relatively movable into predetermined control positions so as to open or block passage for fluid. The control portions are provided with openings (26,36) and locking portions (28,38) in a matrix array having columns (20c,30c) and line (20r,30r). The number of columns or line of number of passages is switched. The corresponding number of lines or columns is selected such that non-identical combinations of the open and blocked passages are produced. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) valve device; (2) fluid delivery system; and (3) agricultural machine.
