The method comprises crushing a fiber-raw material, drying the crushed fiber-raw material, and briquetting the raw material. The fiber-raw material has an average grain size of 2 cm, and is dried to a residual moisture content of 10-15%. The crushed fiber-raw material is heated to a temperature of 10[deg] C, which is greater than a glass transition temperature of a fiber-binder such as lignin, before briquetting. A volume of a portion of the crushed fiber-raw material to be heated is smaller than a surface of the crushed fiber-raw material to be briquetted. The method further comprises additionally heating the crushed raw material by heated walls such as a die and/or a plunger, and sieving the crushed material by promoting on a conveyor designed as a sieve, before briquetting. The briquettes are packed in a stack, and the stack is decomposed into groups of layers and groups of briquette series or briquette series. The briquettes are combined on a collection element. The briquette series successively pass on a series of collection element in the same orientation, and deliver to a position on the collection element series. The collection element is rotated to move the briquette about an axis, which is perpendicular to a briquette collection stand. The briquette series is moved by a movable guide wall of the row-array element on the collecting element. The collecting element and/or row-array element comprises a stop. End regions of briquette series comprise a support member or a gripping unit located on the support member. The briquette series has a terminal briquette in lower dimensions direction perpendicular to a row direction. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for manufacturing a fiber; and (2) a system for producing fiber.
|
