The present invention relates to a battery which includes a clamping unit which is formed on the upper side of a can to mount a cap assembly on the open side of the upper side of the cylindrical can in which an electrode assembly is embedded and provides a cylindrical battery with the clamping unit which includes a variable curved part to maintain or improve sealing properties in the battery due to an increase in pressure with regard to a gasket which is located inside when a temperature rises.
