The present invention relates to a stack apparatus for a fuel cell comprising a rubber gasket and a fuel cell system having the stack apparatus. The present invention proposes a stack apparatus for a fuel cell for improving the functionality of a rubber gasket by attaching a thin film transistor to the outer surface of the rubber gasket, and a fuel cell system having the stack apparatus. According to the present invention, a stack apparatus for a fuel cell comprises: unit cells arranged on top of each other in one direction; rubber gaskets made of rubber materials and disposed between a membrane electrode assembly (MEA) and a separation plate for forming the unit cell; and gasket support portions having a film shape and integrated with the rubber gaskets.
