The present invention relates to a production method of yogurt containing fermented red pepper powder. The production method of the yogurt containing the fermented red pepper powder comprises the following steps: adding red pepper powder into a bacillus initial medium, and injecting Bacillus lichenifomis SK1230 strains before culturing the mixture to obtain the fermented red pepper powder; and adding the fermented red pepper powder into fermented milk.
