METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INSPECTING ROTATING MECHANICAL COMPONENT BY USING MOBILE TERMINAL, AND SERVER THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy inspection of an operational state of a rotating mechanical component like a bearing by using a generally popular mobile information terminal like a smartphone and using a dedicated sensor connected to the mobile information terminal.SOLUTION: A general-purpose mobile information terminal 2 like a smartphone and a dedicated sensor 3 to be connected to the mobile information terminal 2 are used. Data processing software 4 and data 5 of specifications of a rotating mechanical component 1 as an inspection object are downloaded from a server 6 to the mobile information terminal 2. Detection data detected by the dedicated sensor 3 is subjected to data processing in the mobile information terminal 2 and the result is displayed in a screen 21a of the mobile information terminal 2. The data processing may be performed in the server 6.
