PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building facilities monitoring system that performs supply, adjustment and cut-off of power according to the order of priority set within a range not exceeding private power generation power.SOLUTION: A building facilities monitoring system comprises: a presence information storage section 4 that performs communication with a presence management system 6 for managing presence of a person while being connected to the presence management system 6 and stores presence information of the person in a preset area; and a control pattern storage section 5 in which, together with area setting set with power supply status beforehand for each area and setting of the order of priority of power supply, a control pattern for adjusting the power supply status on the basis thereof is stored. |
