PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal gear pump in which, while maintaining reduction of pulsation and noise due to noncontact between an external tooth and an internal tooth in a suction area space and a discharge area space, an intermeshing ratio of both teeth is increased, and noise caused by contact between both teeth can be further reduced.SOLUTION: For an internal tooth 3A of an internal gear 3, internal tooth side surfaces 3B, 3D is formed by a first arc 15B, and an internal gear tooth crest 3C is formed by a second arc 15C with a diameter smaller than the first arc 15B. For an external tooth 4A of an external gear 4, external tooth side surfaces 4B, 4D opposed to internal tooth side surfaces 3B, 3D are formed by a first curve 16B generated by the first arc 15B, and external gear bottom land 4C opposed to the internal gear tooth crest 3C and an external gear tooth crest 4F opposed to the internal gear bottom land 3F are formed by a second curve 16C generated by the second arc 15C. |
