PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate connector in which there is no need of a troublesome soldering operation for a circuit board, there is no risk for damaging a terminal fitting due to collision or prying during connection, and the terminal fitting connected to a cable from an external apparatus can be simply conducted and connected to a contact pattern on the circuit board.SOLUTION: The substrate connector comprises: a terminal fitting 30 on which a contact section 32a brought into contact with a contact pattern on a surface of a circuit board 10 projects at a tip of a fitting body; a connector body 4 housing and holding the terminal fitting 30 so that the contact section 32a projects from a body tip face 4a; a substrate support base 5 elastically supporting the circuit board 10 so that it can be displaced in its pressurizing direction when over a predetermined pressing force is applied to a surface of the circuit board 10; and a connector receiving member 6 mounted to the substrate support base 5 and locked with the connector body 4 so that the contact section 32a of the terminal fitting 30 is pressurized to the contact pattern. The contact section 32a is brought into pressure contact with the contact pattern, so as to conduct and connect the terminal fitting 30 and the contact pattern. |
