PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a less polluting paint composition which is suitably used to form a coating having interlayer adhesiveness and less polluting property.SOLUTION: A less polluting paint composition is a two-liquid composition in which a main agent component (I) including a resin component (A) and an organic solvent (B) is combined with a hardener ingredient (II) including a polyisocyanate compound (C), and further includes a pigment content (D) and an organosilicate compound (E). The component (A) includes both an acrylic polyol (A-1) containing amino group and/or quaternary ammonium group and an acrylic polyol (A-2) free from amino group and quaternary ammonium group. The polyol (A-1) includes an amino group and/or quaternary ammonium group monomer, a hydroxyl monomer and another monomer as copolymerizing components, the amino group and/or quaternary ammonium group monomer is in the range of 0.2-25 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the total solid content of (A-1) and (A-2). |
